• We DO NOT tattoo anyone under the age of 18. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• If you look underage, we WILL CARD YOU.
• We DO NOT tattoo anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• We pierce underage minors only with parental permission. Parents must be physically present to sign a release form permitting us to pierce minor. NO letters or over-the-phone permission allowed.
• Legal Guardians must present proof of guardianship in order to sign for minor.
• We DO NOT pierce nipples or genitals on any minor, PERIOD.
• We DO NOT pierce male genitals.
• We reserve the right to refuse to service to anyone.
• The Deposit for tattoo is NON-REFUNDABLE. We will NOT refund the money under any circumstances.

In My Tattoo studio, we use one-time-use disposable needle, ink, inkcaps, gloves, etc. We pre-sterilize all tools using ultrasonic cleaner, dry heat autoclave, high pressure autoclave , and UV Sterilizer.
